Brand & White-Label

Brand & White-Label Settings

The Brand settings page is the single source of truth for your workspace's visual identity. Every change you make here propagates to outbound emails, the client portal, proposals, invoices, and public documents.

URL: /settings/brand
Required permission: settings.tenant

Accessing Brand Settings

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar.

  2. Click the Brand card (described as "Logo, colours, typography, used by emails, portal, proposals").

Page Layout

The Brand settings page is organised as collapsible accordion sections on the left, with a live preview on the right. As you edit any field, the preview updates instantly so you can see how the changes will look before saving.

The accordion sections are:

  1. Identity: company name, tagline, contact details

  2. Logo: primary logo, logo mark, dimensions

  3. Colours: full palette: brand, text, surfaces, and semantic colours

  4. Typography: heading and body fonts, scale, weight, line height

  5. Layout: container width, border radius, button radius, spacing

  6. Social: social media profile URLs

  7. Footer: default text for email footers and public documents

Only one section is open at a time. Click a section header to expand it and collapse the previous one.

Identity

The Identity section controls the core text elements of your brand:

  • Company name: Displayed in email headers, portal titles, and document headers.

  • Tagline: Optional short description shown beneath the company name where space permits.

  • Sidebar wordmark: The short name shown top-left in the app sidebar. Defaults to your company name; set a shorter form (for example "AJT") if your full company name is too long to fit.

  • Sidebar subtitle: A small line shown beneath the wordmark in the sidebar. Falls back to your tagline if left blank.

  • Contact details: Email, phone, and address used in email footers and document headers.

Upload your workspace logos in the Logo section. concorbit supports two logo variants:

The main logo used in:

  • Portal header

  • Email headers

  • Proposal and invoice headers

  • Public document headers

Upload a logo image (PNG, SVG, or JPEG). For best results, use a transparent PNG or SVG at least 400 pixels wide.

Logo Mark

A compact square version of your logo (like an icon) used in:

  • Favicons

  • Small UI elements

  • Mobile views where the full logo would not fit

Dimensions

You can control the rendered width and height of your logo in pixels. This prevents oversized logos from breaking layouts.

Colours

The Colours section provides a complete palette editor organised into four groups:

Brand Colours

  • Primary: your main brand colour, used for primary buttons and key highlights.

  • Secondary: a complementary colour for secondary UI elements.

  • Accent: the highlight colour used for links, active states, and interactive elements.

Text Colours

  • Body text: the default colour for paragraph text.

  • Muted text: used for secondary information, hints, and timestamps.

  • Inverse text: text colour for dark-on-light contexts (e.g., text on coloured buttons).

  • Link: the colour for hyperlinks.

Surface Colours

  • Background: the page background colour.

  • Surface: the card and panel background colour.

  • Content area: the main content area background.

  • Border: the default border colour for cards, inputs, and dividers.

Semantic Colours

  • Success: used for success badges, confirmations, and positive indicators (default: green).

  • Warning: used for warnings, approaching limits, and caution states (default: amber).

  • Danger: used for errors, destructive actions, and critical alerts (default: red).

  • Info: used for informational badges and neutral highlights (default: blue).

Each colour field accepts any valid CSS colour value (hex, RGB, HSL). Click the colour swatch to open a visual colour picker, or type the value directly.

Typography

Control the fonts and text styling used throughout your workspace:

Heading Font

Select a font for headings (H1. H6, card titles, page titles). Fonts are grouped by category:

  • Sans-serif: clean, modern fonts (e.g., Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans)

  • Serif: traditional fonts

  • Display: decorative or distinctive fonts

  • Monospace: fixed-width fonts

Body Font

Select the font used for paragraph text, form labels, and general content.

Scale, Weight, and Line Height

Fine-tune the typographic rhythm:

  • Font scale: the base multiplier for font sizes.

  • Font weight: default weight for body text (e.g., 400 normal, 500 medium).

  • Line height: spacing between lines of text.

Layout

Adjust structural properties that affect how content is rendered:

  • Container width: the maximum width of the main content area.

  • Border radius: the default corner rounding for cards and panels.

  • Button radius: the corner rounding specifically for buttons.

  • Spacing: the base spacing unit used for padding and margins.

Social

Enter your social media profile URLs. These are displayed in email footers and portal footers:

  • Website URL

  • Twitter / X URL

  • LinkedIn URL

  • Facebook URL

  • Instagram URL

Leave any field blank to omit it from the footer.

Set default footer text for:

  • Email footer: appended to all outbound emails. Typically includes your company address (required for CAN-SPAM compliance) and an unsubscribe note.

  • Document footer: displayed at the bottom of proposals, invoices, and public docs.

How Branding Propagates

Your brand settings are consumed by multiple parts of concorbit:

AreaWhat uses brand settings
Outbound emailsHeader logo, colours, fonts, footer text, social links
Client portalLogo, colour scheme, fonts, button styling
ProposalsHeader logo, colour accent, fonts
InvoicesHeader logo, company name, contact details
Public docsLogo, fonts, colour scheme
PDF exportsHeader logo, company name, footer

Changes take effect immediately for the portal and web interfaces. Emails use the brand settings at the time they are sent, so previously sent emails are not affected.

Inheritance (Sub-Tenants)

If your workspace is a sub-tenant managed by an agency parent, your brand settings can inherit from the parent tenant's brand.

How Inheritance Works

  • By default, inherit_from_parent is enabled. Your workspace uses the parent agency's brand (logo, colours, fonts, etc.) unless you override specific fields.

  • Any field you edit becomes an override: it takes priority over the parent value.

  • Fields you have not touched fall back to the parent's brand, which in turn falls back to concorbit's platform defaults.

Breaking Inheritance

To fully customise your brand without any parent influence:

  1. Open Brand settings.

  2. Toggle off the Inherit from parent switch at the top of the page.

  3. Configure every section to your liking.

  4. Save.

Resetting to Defaults

Click the Reset button to remove all brand overrides. Your workspace will revert to:

  • The parent agency's brand (if you are a sub-tenant).

  • The concorbit platform defaults (if you are a standalone workspace).

A confirmation dialog will explain which fallback applies before you confirm.

Custom Domain and Portal Branding

For a fully white-labelled experience, combine Brand settings with:

  1. Custom domain (set in Custom Domain), so the portal URL uses your domain.

  2. Portal Custom CSS (set in Workspace Settings), for advanced styling beyond the brand palette.

  3. SMTP from address (set in SMTP Configuration), so emails come from your domain.

Together, these three settings create a seamless branded experience where your clients never see the concorbit name.

Saving Changes

Click Save at the bottom of the page. A brief success animation confirms the save. All changes are applied immediately.
