M365 Backup
The M365 Backup module backs up your customers' Microsoft 365 mailboxes (and your own tenant, at a cheaper rate) into isolated, per-customer storage you control, so a customer who loses an email or a whole mailbox can have it restored.
It is a managed-service product: you enable it per customer, choose which mailboxes to protect, and concorbit's backup fleet does the work on a schedule. Your platform never holds the customer's Microsoft credentials. Backups run with short-lived, read-only, customer-scoped access granted just in time.
How it is organised
Tenant settings live in Settings > Integrations > M365 Backup: your defaults, and backup of your OWN Microsoft 365 tenant (at the cheaper own-tenant rate).
Per-customer backup lives on each customer's company page, under the Backup tab: connect the customer's Microsoft 365, pick the mailboxes to protect, and see backup status.
Storage is segregated per customer: each customer's mailboxes back up to their own isolated container, never shared.
What it costs
Metered by storage used per month: your own tenant at the cheaper rate, customers at the standard rate, per 100 GB. (Exact pricing in Settings > Subscription.)
Getting started
This module is rolling out in stages. Today it can be switched on per tenant; per-customer onboarding, mailbox selection, scheduling, and restore arrive in upcoming releases. When the module is off, nothing related to it appears anywhere in the app.
Note: M365 Backup is a separate product from the Microsoft 365 CRM integration (calendar / contact sync). Enabling one does not enable the other.
