concorbit RMM generates PDF reports for compliance documentation, customer reviews, and internal tracking.
Report types

Generating a report
Go to Reports
Click Generate report
Select the report type
Choose the scope (organisation or a specific site)
Click Generate
The report is created as a PDF. Download it from the reports list once generation completes.
Scheduled reports
Reports can be generated automatically on a schedule and delivered by email.
Go to Reports and click Schedule
Choose the report type and scope
Set the schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly) with timezone
Enter one or more email recipients
Save
Scheduled reports appear in the reports list with their next run date.
Monthly narrative
The monthly narrative is a plain-English summary of your fleet's activity over the past month. It covers:
Fleet size and growth
Uptime and availability
Alert volume and resolution times
Patch compliance trends
Antivirus coverage
Notable events and incidents
The narrative is generated automatically and attached to the monthly report. It is designed to be shared with non-technical stakeholders or included in customer service reviews.
Downloading reports
All generated reports are stored and accessible from the reports list. Each entry shows the report type, scope, generation date, file size, and a download button.
