Sites

Sites

Sites group devices by location or customer. Every device belongs to one site. Use sites to apply different alert policies, monitoring policies, and patch approval defaults to different groups of devices.

Managing sites

Go to Settings > Sites to view and manage your sites.

Each site shows:

  • Name

  • Device count (total and online)

  • Health score (0 to 100, based on patch compliance, uptime, alert health, agent health, and automation coverage)

  • Uptime statistics

Creating a site

Click Add site, enter a name, and save. The site is available immediately for device enrolment.

Renaming or deleting

Click the site to open its settings. Rename it or delete it (you can only delete sites with no enrolled devices).

Per-site policies

Each site can override organisation-wide settings:

  • Alert policies: scope a policy to a specific site so it only triggers for devices there

  • Monitoring policies: enable or disable component monitors per site

  • Patch approval defaults: set whether patches are auto-approved, manually approved, or staged per site

  • Maintenance windows: define quiet hours and patch blackout periods per site

  • Quiet hours: mute non-emergency alerts during defined windows

Health score

The health score is computed from five factors:

FactorWhat it measures
Patch compliancePercentage of patches installed vs available
UptimeDevice availability over the measurement period
Alert healthRatio of unacknowledged alerts to total
Automation coverageWhether monitors and policies are configured
Agent healthWhether agents are online and running the latest version

Scores update daily. A site with a score below 50 is flagged as needing attention.

Enrolment

Each site has its own enrolment flow. When adding a device, select which site it belongs to. The agent token is scoped to that site.

Multi-site plans

The free plan supports one site. Paid plans support unlimited sites.
