Overview

Integrations

concorbit ships with native integrations to Autotask PSA, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft 365. Each is a full two-way bridge where appropriate: pulling data in for your team to work against, and pushing changes back out so the external system stays in lockstep.

This chapter covers the pieces of integration management that live in one place in concorbit:

  • Mapping Master: the single admin surface at /settings/integrations/mappings where every external system's linkage state is configured. Used when you need to tell concorbit "this Autotask company is that concorbit company", "this QuickBooks customer is that company too", and so on.

Where each integration's own settings live

The Mapping Master is the shared configuration layer, but each integration still has its own connect / disconnect / per-provider settings page:

  • Autotask PSA: /settings/autotask (API user credentials + zone discovery)

  • QuickBooks Online: /settings/integrations/quickbooks (OAuth + per-tenant app credentials + invoice push toggle)

  • Microsoft 365: /settings/integrations/microsoft (OAuth + per-user tokens + feature toggles)

The Integrations hub at /settings/integrations is the landing page. It shows every connected/connectable integration as a row with its current sync status and a shortcut into each one. Each integration row also has a "Mappings" link that deep-links to the Mapping Master with the right provider's Code lists tab pre-selected.

Daily workflows

  • Connecting a new integration: Open /settings/integrations, click through to the specific provider's page, enter credentials. First sync runs automatically when you connect.

  • Linking records the auto-matcher missed: Open Mapping Master → Companies (or Contacts), find the concorbit record, click the + provider button to pick the external record from the dropdown.

  • Tweaking a code-list mapping (e.g. "our Autotask priority 3 means high in concorbit"): Mapping Master → Code lists → pick the provider tab → pick the mapping type sub-tab.

  • Enabling invoice push to QuickBooks: /settings/integrations/quickbooks → toggle "Push invoices to QuickBooks" ON. Read the confirm dialog; test on a sandbox QB company first.

Adding a new integration

Adding a fourth integration (ConnectWise, Halo, Sage, Xero) is on the platform roadmap. From the moment a new integration is added, it appears in both the Integrations hub AND the Mapping Master automatically, with no extra wiring.
