Settings

Administrative settings for your concorbit RMM organisation.

Users and roles

Go to Settings > Team to manage your team.

Roles

RoleAccess
TechnicianView devices, acknowledge alerts, run scripts, approve patches
AdministratorEverything above, plus policies, channels, users, sites, API keys
OwnerEverything above, plus billing, integrations, branding

Inviting users

Click Invite, enter the email address, and choose a role. The user receives an email with a link to set their password and enable MFA.

Removing users

Click a user and choose Remove to revoke their access.

API keys

Go to Settings > API keys to create credentials for third-party integrations or scripting. Keys can be scoped and revoked at any time.

Audit log

Go to Settings > Audit log to view a chronological record of every administrative action: who did what, when, and from which IP address.

Filter by user, action type, resource type, or date range. Export the log for compliance reporting.

Branding

On a paid plan, go to Settings > Branding to customise the appearance:

  • Upload your company logo

  • Set a custom accent colour

  • Change the displayed company name

Branding appears in the header and on reports.

Custom device fields (UDFs)

Go to Settings > UDF schema to define custom fields that appear on every device's Configuration tab. Field types include text, number, date, dropdown, and boolean.

Plans and billing

concorbit RMM offers two plans:

Free plan

  • Up to 10 devices

  • Monitoring and alerts only (5 policies, 7 days of history)

  • Single site

  • Community support

Paid plan

  • All features unlocked

  • Unlimited devices

  • Volume pricing per endpoint per month

At 1,000+ endpoints you receive priority support. Billing is monthly based on enrolled device count.

concorbit integration

If you use the concorbit platform for CRM, billing, and helpdesk, you can connect concorbit RMM to it. Go to Settings > Integration to configure the bidirectional link. This enables:

  • Devices appearing on CRM company records

  • Alert-to-ticket creation

  • Usage-based billing through concorbit

  • Documentation and vault integration

Security

Two-factor authentication

All users can enable MFA from their profile page. TOTP authenticator apps and backup codes are supported.

Session management

View active sessions and revoke any session from the profile page.
